Privacy at Red Linden

Short version: this site doesn't track you. We don't run analytics, we don't set cookies, we don't share your data with advertisers. If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply. That's the entire story.

Who we are
Red Linden LLC ("Red Linden", "we", "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company that builds consumer software, including QuestBucks and FlorinDash. This page describes what happens to your information when you visit our marketing website at redlinden.com or contact us by email.
What this site collects
The redlinden.com website is intentionally minimal:
- No analytics or trackers. We don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Mixpanel, Segment, or any equivalent. No third-party scripts.
- No advertising. No ad networks, no retargeting pixels, no behavioral advertising.
- No cookies. We don't set cookies. We don't ask for cookie consent because we don't have any cookies to consent to.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard short-term server logs (IP address, request time, URL) for security and debugging. These rotate within days and we don't aggregate them.
If you email us
If you write to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], or any other Red Linden address, we receive your email address, name, and the contents of your message. We use that information solely to respond to you. We don't add you to a marketing list, sell the address, or share it with anyone outside Red Linden.
Children
The redlinden.com marketing website is not directed at children. Our products that are designed for children (such as QuestBucks) have their own COPPA-compliant privacy practices, described in each product's privacy policy.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Ask what information we have associated with your email address
- Ask us to delete it
- Ask us to correct it
Email [email protected] from the address in question (or include enough detail for us to verify identity) and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR)
Our legal basis for processing your email correspondence is your consent (you chose to email us) and our legitimate interest in responding. You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. Our data controller is Red Linden LLC.
If you are in California (CCPA)
You have the right to know what personal information we have collected from you, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Email [email protected]. We do not "sell" personal information as that term is used in the CCPA.
Service providers
The marketing site relies on a small number of third-party services:
- Cloudflare — DNS, hosting (Cloudflare Pages), and email routing for our @redlinden.com addresses. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google (Gmail) — our underlying mailbox provider for incoming email. Google's privacy policy.
These providers see traffic and email metadata as part of delivering their services. We don't grant them permission to use your data for anything beyond that.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where reasonable, post a notice on the homepage. The changelog of every revision lives in the public git history of this site.
